It doesn't seem to have a regular schedule but it can usually be found at construction sites around lunch. I worked on Highland Colony Parkway a couple of years ago and it would be at different work sites there once or twice a week. Food is tasty. Worth trying to find. I saw it again this weekend and have made two lunch trips to find. Today is my second. So far no luck. The Genesis taco truck has been around for at least 2 years.
