Steak tacos, tacos al pastor, some beef and potato empanadas, and an apple empanada for dessert. They were out of the brisket tacos, and I didn't like the steak nearly as much- as said above, too dry! But the tacos al pastor (with the pineapple) were great and more than made up for the other. The beef and potato empanadas weren't what I expected at all- they were kind of crispy! I loved 'em, but my wife thought that they were too greasy. The apple empanadas could have used more filling, but were otherwise wonderful. Almost like eating an almond cookie with a really good filling! I got some takeout from there yesterday. I had the grilled steak taco & tacos al pastor. The steak was a little dry but overall everything was excellent. I'm just now getting to try all these taquerias, I'll have to make the rounds before I get a chance to get deeper into Omonia's bakery menu!
