They have a pretty good variety of some really nice looking seafood, though I don't know if they have clams... I'd recommended talking to Paul Koury, the owner of Paul Anthony's. It may take him a day or two to find a way, but he can get you pretty much any fresh seafood or meat. Now closed. The only other option for fresh seafood that I know of is that little truck that shows up Thursday - Saturday in front of Deville Plaza but I don't remember if it runs in the winter. I assume it is still there. I think it's the McDowell Road exit off I-55 but going east not west.
