I used to eat at Collins Dream Kitchen all the time when I worked in Clinton. Sadly it's been so long that I can't remember specifics anymore, but I've never had a bad meal there and the lunch line often stretched to the front door and beyond. I was just thinking about Collins yesterday as I crossed Terry Rd. going down Highway 80, wondering if they were still around. Looks like I didn't need to worry.
